How to get the most out of your S9 and S9 + views
Adjust color balance
S9 and S9 + allow you to manage the color representation of the screen. By default, you will find four default options and bars to adjust the color temperature. A little further down you can activate the advanced options and adjust the RGB spectrum (red, green, blue) to your liking.
HDR10 for all videos
There is not so much video content available on HDR but thanks to the Video Enhancer option and the power of Galaxy S9 or S9 + you can make your videos brighter and increase their contrast. To do this, go to Settings> Advanced Settings> Video Enhancers and activate the options. You can also see which applications are compatible with this feature!
One-handed use
In the advanced settings there are also options that allow you to reduce the screen size to be more easily accessed with one hand. You can choose between two options but I recommend the diagonal from the bottom up.

When you start recording, make sure you hold your hand calmly and only when the yellowing square will be ready to capture a moving object or subject. As the video continues to record in Super Slow Motion, the video can skip over it immediately after the buffer is empty after about two seconds.
Create a GIF with the Super Slow Motion clip
After recording a super slow motion video, you can make gifs directly from the Gallery. Search for the video and slide your finger on the screen from the preview to open the details. Right below the information you will find clips in three directions. Click on it and you can immediately edit and save your GIF.
Activate the normal Slow Motion function
Slow Motion Mode is disabled by default. Super Slow motion can be too fast and too short for some videos, so I suggest you activate the normal mode which records at 1080p with a frequency of 240 fps, which is not bad.
To activate Slow Motion mode, open the camera settings and change the camera mode. In options dedicated to the rear camera you will also find Slow Motion mode.
Bokeh effect, front and back
With S9 and S9 + you can create bokeh effects with the main camera and selfie camera. Be sure to choose the correct option: Direct Focus on the back camera and Selfie Focus on the front camera.
With a rear camera, a short distance should be about half a meter from the lens for good results. After shooting, you can adjust the background or blur of the subject in the foreground according to the desired effect.
To catch your Sunday lunch, you can use the exclusive bokeh effect: in the main camera you will find an option called Food. Tap the screen with your finger to focus on a certain point, the rest of the scene will automatically blur.

Put applications that are not useful for sleep
Check applications that use battery power without your knowledge. Select the battery icon and deselect the application you need the most (the less, the better) and click Save.
Decrease screen resolution
S9 and S9 + can offer screen resolutions up to WQHD +. This obviously involves a lot of wasted energy. To save battery power and be able to use the device a little longer, you need to reduce the screen resolution.
By default, the active option is FHD, but from the settings you can reduce it to HD, to save more battery power.
Reduce CPU Clock
To save battery power on the Galaxy S9 and S9 +, you can use two rescue modes: medium and high. To activate it, go to Settings> Device Management> Battery and select the power saving mode you want. In the options, make sure you control the CPU speed limit for maximum savings.

Multi-window to power n
From Android Nougat we finally have access to multi-windows but on S9 and S9 + you can have cellular windows. Access advanced settings and in dedicated items to click multiple windows in the pop-up view. Now from any application, by sliding the upper left corner, you can change the size of the mobile window.
Automatically activates Wi-Fi
On Galaxy S9 and S9 + you have the option to automatically activate the Wi-Fi signal as soon as you are within range of a known network. When you leave your home or office, you usually turn on Wi-Fi to save battery power, but often forget to install it when you return home. To avoid reducing traffic, you can enable this option.
